I read it, could you expand a little? I am not sure what you are saying.
I geuss I can, you are refering to the tower and city of babel. Possibly you mean God is against cities. ...that is not what the clip is about.
In Babel the tower was a monument of mans sinful ambition. Their aim was to build a city to glorify themselves. God wasn't displeased with a structure he was displeased with a proud and self seeking populace.
